    I have learned how vulgar it is to work in a place where there are people who regularly engage in work environment behaviour that does not produce any benefits.
    The good thingsGood salary, that's all.
    The challengesNot cooperative. No sense of helping each other. Some people became permanent after 3 months, others worked for more than 6 months without becoming permanent. Basically, I was told that if you work for more than six months you can be made permanent, but they don't give you a fair decision.

    After 5 months I was told that I \"Do not fit the description which the new incoming Principal has in mind for this role.\" I questioned if I was doing something wrong? Is there something else I should be doing? It is a personality clash? They answered no
    The good thingsThe students and some of the staff.
    The challengesVery busy, unknowns like sick bay can be busy or quiet. Management are not very good at conducting staff progress meetings, they are happy to point out where improvement is needed but do not impart any praise or recognition of positives. There is very little positive feedback given.
