Fantastic team & member base to be a part of!
The good thingsIt has been great to step into a fun & supportive team that is striving to provide the most premium member experience they can. It has been an invaluable learning experience for someone with little experience in the fitness industry before taking on the role. Amongst the members there is a real sense of community which is exciting to be a part of. Both staff and members have been welcoming, which has made it much easier to settle in.
The challengesSo far I haven't really experienced any challenges. The technology can definitely make a fuss, and in the future I can see potential for the response time to 'non-priority' issues from some departments, causing an inconvenience. However, I haven't experienced any major challenges and can't see any arising in the future.

A tech-forward fitness company that's an absolute vibe
The good thingsI've worked across many aspects of the fitness side of this business, from personal training in my own business, member services and reception at Club Lime, through group fitness at both CL and hiit republic, and now managing a studio.
The day is never boring, and you are given a lot of autonomy to complete the work. If you're career-driven in fitness, there is a lot of traction to be promoted internally and recognition for a job well done!
You will feel like part of a team here, and that you're stepping together towards a shared goal. There's plenty of development opportunities and chances to be a part of special teams, too.
The challengesSometimes things can be slow to budge. Like any large business, it can take more than just making a suggestion for something to pivot or a pain point to become visible. And sometimes the tech in here can work against you.
These are so below the line issues next to the culture and the support you receive, though.

From day one, I’ve felt welcomed, valued, and encouraged to bring my whole self to work.
There are real opportunities for growth here. The company invests in its people and creates pathways to develop both personally and professionally.
