If you’re considering applying here, Don’t do it! The worst workplace of my career
    The good thingsFlexible WFH Structure
The challengesThe lack of leadership from management was consistently evident and contributed to a poor workplace culture creating a disengaging and frustrating environment. The overall culture was something I was really disappointed with, when starting management made the culture out to be supportive and welcoming yet it was incredibly antisocial and toxic especially from sales teams. Opportunities for progression were extremely limited, with little willingness to support staff development or career growth. Training was also lacking, with managers relying heavily on second-in-charge staff rather than actively developing their teams. There appeared to be a strong focus on protecting managers instead of listening to team members and team leads were repeatedly given chances without improvement which resulted in very low team morale. Customer service teams were also regularly overloaded with work that could have been handled by other teams with little effort of the other teams to assist.

Leadership and culture need serious improvement
The good thingsThe people i have met here.
The challengesI joined expecting a professional workplace with supportive leadership & a People & Culture team that would ensure fair and confidential processes. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. Gaslighting, gossip, backstabbing & dishonesty from management appeared to be normalised. Ineffective management often seemed more focused on discussing staff negatively behind their backs to team members than actually leading their teams. The handling of employee concerns raised serious questions about confidentiality, fairness and accountability. Rather than acting as an impartial safeguard for staff, People & Culture appeared more aligned with protecting management including misrepresentation & dishonesty. They heavily contribute directly to the same toxic culture. In my 26yr working career, i have never witnessed such unprofessionalism & lack of integrity in a workplace. Anyone considering working here should look very carefully at the workplace culture before accepting a role.

Beware: Game of Thrones. You get all the accountability with no job control or livable wage.
The good thingsThe free cereal, some of the people were nice.
The challengesThis is a vicious, soul destroying environment. Hostile management, terrible money, terrible changes. Don't be fooled, a tight knit team is code for incestous cult. You will not be valued. Do not being up improvements as they don't care. There is no such thing as disruptive thinking and only the lowest paid are crazy about their customers. Management is busy day drinking.
