The challengesI joined expecting a professional workplace with supportive leadership & a People & Culture team that would ensure fair and confidential processes.
Unfortunately, the reality was very different. Gaslighting, gossip, backstabbing & dishonesty from management appeared to be normalised. Ineffective management often seemed more focused on discussing staff negatively behind their backs to team members than actually leading their teams.
The handling of employee concerns raised serious questions about confidentiality, fairness and accountability. Rather than acting as an impartial safeguard for staff, People & Culture appeared more aligned with protecting management including misrepresentation & dishonesty. They heavily contribute directly to the same toxic culture.
In my 26yr working career, i have never witnessed such unprofessionalism & lack of integrity in a workplace.
Anyone considering working here should look very carefully at the workplace culture before accepting a role.
