The challengesPay, management, the whole place feels like a high school with the amount of drama and relationships. Management needs improving and the pay needs updating. Was paid under $20 for doing 2 job roles. They also kept the commission from me even though it was in my contract! Kept telling me it was less than $7 a month in commission. When I left I demanded back pay and found out the commission was over $100 a month and they just didn’t want to give it to me!!
