    If you want casual work go somewhere else.
    The good thingsWork colleague were delightful and I enjoyed engaging with the customers and didn't actually mind the menial tasks during the quiet season.
    The challengesAs a casual you'll get 1 x 3 hourly shift per fortnight, for most of the year. Christmas shifts might increase... or might not. Months can go by with no emails, a roster or communication from management. If this is the case you've been replaced and they've neglected to inform you. Treatment of casual staff needs to change.

    No culture and support, not a very nice company to work for. Wouldn't recommend working for the business. Theres other businesses who are more friendly where there's more support and care.
    The good thingsUnfortunately there weren't any good things.
    The challengesNo work life balance, 3 months of the year are black out period when. Management are very strict with when you take your annual leave. Lots go gossiping and unprofessional management. No culture and support, not a very nice company to work for.

    The challengescan be boring when the shop is quiet. Head management didn't seem to care when people quit nor would honor people's hour requests to make it work
