    Good outweighs the bad
The good thingsGreat team, returning customers. RSM is amazing.
The challengesOnline prices are always inconsistent with instore. People come in to try things on then buy online because its cheaper. Some days the mall is dead, we can't drag people in off the street. A lot of unachievable targets. Some stock comes late even when its all sent at the same time.

    Challenging and stressful.
The good thingsHard working friendly colleagues and a great manager.
The challengesConstant pressure to achieve Kpi,s under difficult conditions , competing with our online store who sell at lower price that we are not allowed to match. Misleading advertising leads to having to deal with unhappy .customers .

    Not a very pleasant experience.
The good thingsLovely people in the shop and the customers
The challengesManagement constantly changing course at the last moment, leaving lots of i's undotted and t's not crossed. Passive pushy techniques used by management to try and make you sell more.

The challengesLack of support from upper management ( went through 6 area managers in 4 months), constant issues with payroll, being bombarded with stock, ridiculous KPIs.
