    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at W.Lane appreciate their hard-working and friendly colleagues, as well as the opportunity to interact with customers and build rapport. Some employees highlight having an amazing manager as a positive aspect.

However, there are several potential challenges faced by employees. These include inconsistencies between online and in-store pricing, leading to customers trying on items in-store but purchasing online for a lower price. Additionally, low foot traffic in the mall can make it difficult to attract customers. Employees also experience constant pressure to achieve targets and KPIs, which some find challenging or unachievable. There are issues with upper management, such as frequent changes in direction, lack of support, and high pressure. The workload can be high for some employees, particularly in certain roles. Furthermore, there are operational issues mentioned, such as stock arriving late, payroll problems, and misleading advertising leading to unhappy customers.

    Good outweighs the bad
The good thingsGreat team, returning customers. RSM is amazing.
The challengesOnline prices are always inconsistent with instore. People come in to try things on then buy online because its cheaper. Some days the mall is dead, we can't drag people in off the street. A lot of unachievable targets. Some stock comes late even when its all sent at the same time.
