    Fun whilst staying concentrated and keeping a good work ethic
    The good thingsGetting to know lots of people and how to stay concentrated in a very busy environment especially on weekends as well as learning a whole bunch of different roles.
    The challengesSpeed, it takes a lot of time to work very fast for a constant amount time especially without getting distracted but once you've reached that stage of it becoming easier it stays that way.

    Woolworths used to be a great place to work. The past 5 years it's become more about ticking boxes for reports than getting on the floor and getting the job done.

    The challengesSenior Managers with little experience telling a veteran how to do the job. Unless you are driven to climb the ladder they don't want to know you.
