    Management unrealistic & impossible standards, overwhelming workload & stress from state manager
    The good thingsThe co-workers, genuine connections and friends you make/ trauma bonding at its finest. There are so many amazing workers at this company and Yochi do not appreciate them enough.
    The challenges1st year was great & management and CEO actually cared & supported all workers no matter what no favouritism present with a genuine family environment vibe. 2nd year a new state leader was hired and changed the environment and dynamic within the company and now KPIs and profit are all they care about and the workers are no longer a priority and they love to run great workers to the ground for these results with no acknowledgement and still demand more. The care factor is gone despite them preaching to be a positive action company.
