The centre was opened by Kevin Bianchi on behalf of Lord Mayor Jim Soorly, together with Gary Hardgrave, Federal Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Judy Spence, Minister for Family, Craig Emerson, Graham Quirk, and Michael Caltabiano.
