About the role
The position offers a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse, with strong clinical leadership skills, commitment to professional development, and advanced communication skills an exciting opportunity to work in a progressive and stimulating environment at the Penshurst District Health Service. Penshurst Campus consists of 29 aged care beds, 4 acute beds and 10 independent living units. Although previous experience in aged care and management is desirable this is an ideal opportunity for the suitable candidate to develop these skills in a fully supported and mentored environment.

You will bring:
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Strong clinical leadership
- A strong focus on clinical outcomes
- Advanced clinical skills
- Demonstrate effective and professional nursing practices
