    The good thingsThe graduate program is good. As a RN you will get to work across Acute, Surg and Aged Care giving you an informed perspective on what direction you would like to take in your career. After the Grad is over get out.
    The challengesThe workplace is toxic. Nepotism lines the walls. It is insidious. Anyone who is good leaves.

    The Graduate Program will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence you need as a new nurse.
    The good thingsVery supportive environment that values learning, teamwork and mentorship. Hands on experience, and the guidance from experienced mentors has been enriching. The camaraderie with fellow Grads has been a valuable source of support and growth.
    The challengesIt is a steep learning curve, but I have learned so much. Adjusting to shift work and juggling life-work balance. WDHS has been supportive with this.
