Why study this course

This broad-based, five year program encompasses all aspects of dental practice with a special focus on tropical, rural and Indigenous practice. The curriculum integrates basic sciences with dental clinical sciences and preventative oral health strategies. There is early exposure to clinical practice, with an increasing proportion of the curriculum dedicated to the acquisition of clinical skills. The final year is dedicated entirely to clinical experience with students undertaking clinical placement in dental facilities across northern Queensland.

It's a great course esp because it is accelerated but has some downfalls since it is relatively still new.

Excellent all round. Very thorough programme that got me ready for work and employment. Have recommended for several high school students.
