Good course, decent amount of practical experience. A little too paediatric focused at times, would have been nice to have more of a mixed case presentation.

I feel the course content was excellent when it comes to applying your knowledge in real life situations. At present I am working as a community based OT and although it has its challenges I feel I can always draw on the knowledge from the course content and am able to apply evidenced based treatment plans into my therapeutic interventions.

I thought the occupational therapy course at SCU was well put together and delivered. I hope in the future they only take on the amount of students they are able to fill placements for, as I know they were having trouble finding enough quality placements for our final placements. I got a great job straight out of uni and am loving life as an OT.
