Conservation and Wildlife Biology is concerned with the study and protection of biological diversity. It requires a detailed understanding of biology as well as of the social, political and economic context in which conservation policy is developed and implemented. It is therefore an excellent interdisciplinary major, embracing aspects of science and the social sciences.
