Certificate II in Drainage

Set yourself on the path to gaining a drainer's licence with this entry-level course. Develop the practical skills and knowledge to perform routine tasks to maintain stormwater, drainage and sewerage systems. New technology and innovations are also driving a particular demand for specialist skills. You will develop basic skills in how to plan, install, repair, maintain and test below-ground sanitary drainage and stormwater, as well as levelling and the installation of domestic treatment plants. Our courses are taught by trade-qualified teachers and endorsed by industry. Our large-scale training spaces replicate commercial and residential settings to deliver a "real-world" training experience. On successful completion of this course you will be eligible to apply to the Plumbing Industry Council for an interim drainer's licence. This licence will increase your prospects of gaining employment as a drainer.
