The course was well balanced and structured, with a good mix of theory and practical application. When I completed the course I felt that I had the skills to be successful in certificate 4 in Accounting and Bookkeeping. The teachers were very helpful and responsive when I reached out to them.

A majority of the assignments were very numbers-focused and required problem solving rather than simple memorisation and regurgitation. I really enjoyed this element of the assessments. As someone who struggles to articulate themselves especially within the context of writing essays - creating accounting reports, journal entries, financial statements and other non-literary applications of knowledge, definitely helped boost my confidence when progressing through the course. I also appreciated how quick and attentive the teaching staff were. There was very little turnaround when it came to marking assignments or answering queries. The only improvement I could make would be to implement more quantitative assignments. Accounting is a numbers-based industry, so it would only make sense to expose students to as much problem solving and numbers as possible.

The teachers were very helpful and responsive when I reached out to them. There were some technical issues with the online portal, but these were resolved quickly.
