I took this course last year. The course is well laid out, clear, understandable tasks, clear information, teachers explain everything clearly and provide printouts with the text and workbooks. Links are easy to open and lead to the necessary documents and laws. Teachers are ready to answer questions and this helps a lot in working on assessments. Overall I am very pleased with the course. Unfortunately, there is no assistance in finding a job. It would be good if TAFE helped you get a live internship in a real agency, since finding a job without experience is very difficult.

This course teaches me a lot about the industry and about the rules and regulations. What helped most was that the teachers were real estate agents and they shared with us their experiences which helped us understand the industry more and be prepared to face challenges.
