I am working in the field of Child Protection and this course assisted me to enhance the knowledge I have acquired over my 24 years in the field. It also assisted me to think outside the box when working with families, giving me insight into generational behaviours and how to make positive changes. It helped me to focus on people's strengths to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

The content was absolutely congruent with sector requirements and although more generic across many sectors within the Child Protection framework, it was still informative, pertinent, and easy to understand and navigate. Delivery was of the highest caliber, she was patient, helpful, warm, personable and incredibly empathetic to both individuals and the group. I cannot emphasise strongly enough how easy this course was presented, monitored by the instructor and for me, how assignments were marked and returned in such a timely manner. I enrolled 15 of my staff through this course and all of them passed which is a credit to TAFE and to my team, it tells me that the level of partnership between tutor and student was mutually beneficial.
