My biggest gripes with this degree were that they struggled to find placements for a lot of people and caused us to have to stay back longer to complete placements.
They also give 0 support to find a job after. It has been 3 years since I graduated and I still have not found a position, thought it doesn't help I moved states.
They are more interested in grabbing as many people as they can in for the degree rather than what is actually needed in the teaching workforce.
Don't let the news fool you - they aren't that desperate for teachers, and if they are, it is only for science, maths, and technology subjects. If you choose to do anything else they won't warn you that it's harder to get a job.
