My dealings with MCI have been positive and supportive. I had a great mentor who got me through the course at times when I needed her help in understanding the subject matter. She provided encouragement and guidance along the way. As well as the practical assistance we have had some laughs, she has been fun to talk to. Her ability in helping me to gain understanding, especially remotely, was fantastic. I have been able to rely on her availability and quick responses when requested.
