I found it very interesting, I did this course during year 10 and 11 and it was something I could do related to my career aspirations as there were no classes at school about animal care. The only difficult thing was all the videos I needed to film for assessments, sometimes I didn’t have the right animals, and it would be more difficult for those who have no animals at home at all.

The course was well balanced and structured, with a good mix of theory and practical application. When I completed the course I felt that I had the skills to be successful in my new role. The teachers were very helpful and responsive when I reached out to them. There were some technical issues with the online portal, but these were resolved quickly.
