Helpful course for someone new to HR and want learn the basics. A lot of the information could be found through online research, but the practical assessments are great for those who have not had previous work experience or have just left high school.

This course was well balanced and structured, with a good mix of theory and practical application. When I completed the course I felt that I had my skills to be successful in my new role. Even though the teachers were very helpful and responsive when I reached out to them. Although there were some technical issues during my online course but these were resolved quickly.
