Ross has been absolutely fantastic during the recruitment process. Ross was a thorough gentlemen. He initially explained the recruitment process very clearly. Guided myself step by step. Made my self very comfortable at the phone screening stage, followed by the video screening/interview phase. Then I received clear guidance prior I go to the interview with the employer.
