She was lovely to deal with and very responsive throughout the process. She seemed to understand our scope well, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, in the first round, the quality of candidates wasn’t quite there—not a reflection on Norwest, but rather a result of who was available at the time.
In round two, however, we were presented with three excellent candidates. We’re very happy with the individual who was placed and are now looking to keep them on permanently.
