How to use Company Reviews
Company Reviews is easy to access. Just head to SEEK and in the top menu bar you’ll find the Company Reviews tab (right next to Career Advice). Once you’re in the Company Reviews page, search for the company you want to learn more about or browse through the full list of reviewed companies, including the list of Australia’s most popular employers
The type of information you’ll get with Company Reviews
Not only can read reviews to learn what people have to say about experience working for a company, you can also see how the company is rated in the following areas:
- Recommended place to work
- Salary
- Career development
- Work life balance
- Working environment
- Management
- Benefits and perks
- Diversity and equal opportunity
These types of insights can help you hone in on whether the company might be the right fit for you. For example, if you’ve got limited work experience, seeing that a company has a five-star rating for career development might be the deciding factor on whether you apply for the job.
