If you are passionate about banking it an exceptionally rewarding career. The customers are often friendly and will recognise bankers who treated them well. You can make a difference if you truly care. The challenges There are customer who will treat you terribly but they are not as common as the good ones. It can be challenging to lose a customer especially the nice ones. The most important thing is often the hardest, being an advocate for the customer to get they request Trying to stand up to a Boss who is not following customers orders and wishes is very stressful. It is a lovely job.
