    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Achieve Homes appreciate the excellent team environment and support from colleagues. There are good opportunities for growth within the company, and some reviewers valued working directly with the director and felt supported by management.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as one reviewer feeling that management could be controlling and narrow-minded at times. Additionally, a high staff turnover rate was noted, which could suggest challenges with retention. In the broader industry, separating prospective buyers from time-wasters was mentioned as a general challenge.

my worst working experience by a long way.
The good thingsThe general idea of achieve is great but reality falls very short. There is good people who are squashed by controlling and narrow minded management. What should be a great team is not supported and you only need to look at the huge turnover of staff they have to see what type of 'culture' they really have
The challengesThe controlling management say they are a professional outfit but they are just a typical small family operated business with typical family operated issues.

    The good thingsExcellent team support/environment.
The challengesReflection on the industry as a whole not the employer. The industry in general has a lot of potential client so separating the time wasters from the prospective buyers.
