Clients are great, management and office staff are terrible!!
The good thingsThe wonderful elderly clients were such a joy to look after
The challengesDo yourself a favour and stay away from this company. It has run by power hungry, controlling managers who put profit and numbers before human beings. Incompetent schedulers and managers who show zero empathy towards their clients and workers.

Wasted heaps of time in intake process, HR have self importance attitude. Slam the proverbial door in your face if not selected, just shut you out, no response to attempted contact.
The good thingsNone. There are better places to work where you would be appreciated.
    The challengesThe whole intake process.

Not a suitable job unless you want to become a cleaner.
The good thingsGetting to work on your own and enjoying company of the elderly
The challengesPoor management. Too many shifts were allocated and scattered out everywhere. Mainly domestic assistance from this company. Only little personal care.
