Gave them all my time and loyalty and they spat in my face for it
The good thingsFellow team member were amazing to work with, customers were always nice. I enjoyed coming in most days because I mostly liked the people I worked with. Free park entry was a great bonus.
The challengesIssues over the past year have forced me and others to quit. Upper management was extremely difficult to work with. I felt unsafe working there before I quit and felt that if I didn't leave when I did, I would have been fired as that's what happened to others there. Staff that were at my level were nice and I loved working with them, but those with power over used it especially on the kids working there. Over the years I've been there, the owners are more concerned about funds in their own pockets rather than the wellbeing of their staff. People fainted over the summer due to the heat and they didn't care. Prices keep going up and we keep getting the brunt of it from customers, and again the owners don't care. This place is going downhill. You can get way better summer employment anywhere else.

Caution, may this serve as the warning you’ll never receive
The good thingsFree entry if the park is quiet enough, maybe Park culture and coworkers are the best people you’ll ever have the fortune to work with, however it just isn’t worth it in the long run
The challengesAdventure Park Geelong might dazzle guests with its wide array of rides and family-friendly attractions, but behind the colourful façade lies a troubling reality that sours the experience for anyone who is evolved in making the magic happen. The working conditions of this place are nothing short of appalling. Understaffed shifts, inadequate breaks, workers are pushed to exhaustion during peak periods with little to no recognition, and it's clear that their well-being is treated as an afterthought. Park owners treatment of staff veers from dismissive to outright hostile. Toxic culture fostered from the top down, with the owners exhibiting controlling and at times hateful conduct, particularly toward younger and more vulnerable employees. These aren't isolated incidents—they're part of a pattern that’s been ignored for too long. Until serious changes are made, the joyful experience Adventure Park promises is built on the backs of an overworked and mistreated workforce.

I enjoyed my time here a lot more than I expected and am sad that it will come to an end. Almost wish Adventure Park operated all year round so I could be employed on an ongoing basis.
The good thingsThe Park Operations Management team are an amazing group of people !! their enthusiasm is infectious..no matter what occurred throughout the day they always had a smile and I felt valued and appreciated.
The challengesnothing really that was a deal breaker or that I lost sleep over !!
