    So chaotic and badly managed, it could be a sitcom.
    The good thingsMost people below the executive/management level are wonderful. Unfortunately, this organisation attracts a lot of talented and decent people but refuses to support any of them.
    The challengesThe staff turnover is extremely high, No matter how much experience you have, or how knowledgeable you are your opinion is not welcome unless it aligns with the CEO.     I worked really long hours and that has made me go through the working thinking one day they will have a proper system system that are integrated, but it has come to a point I no longer can do it as business expands.
    The good thingsthey had flexible working arrangement before, Now it has become very controlling and hard to get approval to work from home. very good and committed staff under me.
    The challengestoo much work, very hard to convince current management value adding activities.
