Atura Hotels stands out for its strong team culture and collaborative environment, where cultural diversity is celebrated and colleagues work together like a family. Employees value the professional development opportunities, supportive direct management, and generous staff benefits provided by the company.

The people I worked with were great, the upper management were not.
The good thingsMy direct manager was great, and the people who worked the floor in different departments and mine were always reliable and great to deal with. They were the reason I stayed as long as I did.
The challengesUpper management were unapproachable, had expectations that couldn't be met and fostered a negative environment because of it. The hours are also typical hotel hours, but night shift didn't get a lot of support from management who worked 9-5.
