This toxic and unsafe workplace not only ignored staff safety and pushed unrealistic KPIs but impacted my mental health so severely I couldn’t return to work for over a year—I'm still dealing with PTSD from the way I was treated and regret not taking it further!
The good thingsWhile helping people into work was genuinely rewarding, it was a harmful and toxic environment that prioritised numbers over the people doing the work. It left many staff burnt out, unsupported, and deeply disillusioned. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone
The challengesToxic workplace with unrealistic KPIs, constant micro-management, and no staff support. Safety concerns were ignored — duress alarms were denied to avoid upsetting violent clients. Staff wellbeing was never prioritised. Burnout was high. A deeply unsafe and demoralising environment.

    Worst company to work for.
The good thingsFrontline staff are good.
The challengesManagement micromanage to the extreme. KPIs are extremely difficult to reach, no reward or acknowledgement for reaching KPI’s or going above. Staff are like a revolving door due to high levels of stress and pressure put on by management team. Constant meetings for the sake of a meeting. Daily reports for information management can pull. No help available from the wider teams. I have moved to APM and am a lot happier.
