    Don't ignore the reviews
The good thingsHelping the patients, home time.
The challengesNo help from management. Even if you ask it never comes. Workplace is toxic across the board, can't advertise the reasons people quit. No real training. Company churns through employees consistently because once you get the job you realise how bad it is. Don't ignore the reviews.

Night shift has no work/life balance at all.
The good thingsNight shift was very relaxed. No micro managing or managers looking over your shoulder. No office politics negativity, as I worked completely on my own. It is good to able to take your time with your work. Quite a stress free shift. I certainly enjoyed that aspect of the role.
The challengesHowever, in saying that, there was no work/life balance on night shift. It was Monday night to Friday night. This only allows for one full 24 hour day off over the weekend. So my social life was effected immensely. I went to management multiple times to ask if there was something that could be done to help my situation and they did nothing to help me, offered no solutions, no conversation. Shot down every suggestion I made. Even though they have stated that I was a valued member of the team, funny how they made no effort to keep me.
