    Stay away from this place
The good thingsPizza once a month Definitely learnt how not to treat people
The challenges-Pretty toxic work environment, especially after the new marketing manager came in which is when most people left -At company events, some people crossed the line and nothing was done about it – definitely not a great environment for younger staff -Constant micromanagement from leadership -Very little trust when it comes to handling projects No real work-from-home flexibility (unless you’re in upper management, --of course) -Pay is below average compared to similar roles in the industry -They talk a big game about “family values” in their marketing, but it doesn’t reflect what it’s actually like working there -Staff aren’t treated particularly well – the ones who get ahead are usually those who play politics or are close with management -Not much focus on employee wellbeing -Most of the good people have already left -High staff turnover across pretty much all departments
