We take pride in treating every client with efficiency and integrity, ensuring every adviser is experienced and knowledgeable in insurance products and the personal and commercial needs of our unique clientele, including farm, business owners and beyond. We are fastidious believers in good old fashioned “service”, personalised to our clients and local in our approach. When you deal with an Ausure Adviser, you are generally dealing with a person local to your business, whom you can meet with in person and contact directly when an urgent situation arises.

The good thingsEveryone in the office are friendly, the company culture is transparent and engaging. I feel being supported by management in personal growth and professional development. I am very glad to have this opportunity to work in Ausure.

The challengesIt may be challenging at the beginning for someone who has no insurance background to learn all the new jargon and system, however the team is absolutely amazing they are open to help and never tired to explain things over and over again!

The good thingsAusure is a fast paced business that provides endless personal and business opportunities within the industry. The team culture and family feel allows the employees to really love what we do and care for not just our clients but one another. I am very grateful to work for such a great company and would recommend it anyone and everyone.

The challengesAs insurance is a constantly changing environment you need to stay up to date with insurers, funders and brokers. This might have to do with claims from natural events, change of policy wordings etc. However, with the support of management and our experienced brokers you will have no issues with adjusting within our industry.
