"Enjoy life while you're still young" - one thing I learned from the residents
The good thingsWhen I started working here my expectations is the residents will be going to give me a hard time. But I'm wrong because they are nice and lovely to me. They are the main reason why I'm still here in the company and motivated to go to work every day.
Listening to their personal stories fascinates me, its inspired me to be the best in life and live to the fullest.
Working here gives me a sense of purpose to give back to our elders by taking care of them in the best possible way, as I believe that we're not here today without them paving way to us

The good thingsI’ve genuinely enjoyed the opportunity for growth and progression at Aveo. I started in an entry-level customer service role and have been supported to move into leadership, which speaks to the organisation’s commitment to developing its people.
The challengesWith growth comes change, and there are times where priorities shift or new processes are introduced. Being adaptable and open to learning is important in this environment.
Because we work with customers during important life transitions, the role can occasionally be emotionally demanding — however, that’s also what makes it so purposeful.
