My experience wasn’t positive; I wouldn’t recommend working here. Hopefully it has improved since
The good things I have nothing good to say about the place. I had a disappointing experience with the firm, largely due to a lack of collaboration and support within the team. Communication between staff was often unhelpful, and I encountered ongoing maltreatment from a particular legal secretary that made the work environment very miserable. Unfortunately, these concerns did not appear to be effectively addressed by management. I still think about this role today and how horribly I was treated. The experience highlighted to me the importance of strong leadership to create a respectful, supportive workplace for employees.
The challengesThe firm’s systems and processes were outdated, even at the time of my employment, and there appeared to be stubbornness/hesitation from management to modernise operations or improve overall efficiency. It felt unaligned with current industry standards.

Unpleasant workplace although it could be worse...
The good thingsLocation, work/life balance, amazing clients, diverse work. Some of the support staff are absolutely lovey!!
The challengesThere is no management and partners seem unapproachable. Workplace culture is non-existent - whilst there may be kind support staff...the general feel of the place is negative and unfriendly. There is no connection or communication. Large support staff turnover, particularly for uni students!! Career development is not consistent
