    its a fantastic place to get your foot in the door at, they help you strive in ways that benefit your personal and professional life.
    The good thingsfriendly environment, the team there were exceptional at ensuring a positive experience is had everyday.
    The challengesgetting the correct items that customers have come in or knowing where these said items where located around the store and weather or not we have them in store.

    BCF is a great employer for those who genuinely love the BCF'ing lifestyle
    The good thingsGreat team environment, excellent work/life balance, great products, genuine respect for individuals and workplace safety, great people. If your greatest concern is your hourly rate, it isn't the place for you. If you want to share your passion for the BCF'ing lifestyle, it is an awesome place to work. You can progress further, but if your ambition is to just enjoy the experience, you will love working with the BCF team. I managed my own business for over 30 years, but wish I'd made my "lifestyle" decision earlier and joined BCF years ago. The discounts with BCF and the other Super Retail brands have been useful, but I'd still love working at BCF without the team member discount.
    The challengesLife isn't perfect and there will always be small imperfections, but the good outweighs any minor niggles. It would be good to have better control of which items are stocked in your store, to suit the local demographic. Marketing needs to get a simpler system for ticketing, especially on sale items. Working as a casual has challenges, especially if you rely on getting as many hours as possible, but if you are a good/reliable/enthusiastic worker you will be rewarded accordingly.
