From the feedback provided on this forum, we can only assume that your role in the company was an important one and that it must have played an important part in the development of our current systems, process and structures which now support our working environment.
Regardless of our assumption, feedback in any form is an important part of a company’s ability to adapt and grow, and sometimes during these types of transformational journeys, ideas or matters can be overlooked and sometimes miss the mark. So while we acknowledge that maybe we could have done some things differently, we consider your feedback as important learning that enhances our decision making for the future.
There seems to be a common and very positive theme with the feedback we receive from our current and past team members, and that is around the quality of our great team of people. We hope to be putting in place support systems and processes that help build and support our workforce into the future. Therefore, as some of the company’s future plans (that you seem to have been a part of) start to come to fruition, our team members will reap the rewards of those efforts.
