Continues to be an excellent and challenging workplaceThe good thingsDuring and after Covid BP demonstrated a commitment to employee wellbeing and actively supported work from home models that are largely still in place now. As a result they have a strong culture of running distributed teams efficiently, while still maintaining dedicated offices for staff in cities.
The challengesSocial activities are minimal to non existent. There is little currently provided in the way of technical training opportunities (compared to other places I've worked.) Strong team culture helps to offset this, but don't expect to be coddled.
