Administration Role
Dec 2019Would not recommend working in their office!
The good thingsWorking casually was easy so I could pick my own hours. Field staff are nice as well as the Project Managers.
The challengesI'd head caution to anyone thinking of working in the office environment. It's pretty toxic. I got the impression that people were in roles that they weren't really suited to and this resulted in people being defensive and not collaborating as much as they could have.
