The good thingsUsed to be good but not anymore.
The challengesWorst management. Doesnt care about hard working employees, you can get a payrise for having personal relationship with management and not for the hard work you’re doing. Dont bother working for this company.

It was not my dream came true but all the things we go through life are worthy, this was not the exception for me. It's in our hands to make the most of something and not get drawn with the superficial impression.
The good thingsGreat people. Friendly, funny and loving. It's a family environment as there are entire families working in the factory.
The challengesIt's monotonous and in the beginning unavoidingly disgusting due to the factorie's sake. It's rather isolated.
