    Pretty good, but not great.
    The good thingsExcellent co-workers in the office. Flexible and understanding if something unexpected arose.
    The challengesMicromanagement. Incentives and bonuses used to pique my interest at the interview stage only presented themselves towards the very end of my time there. Pay rate was low when I started, after working there long enough to make some much needed improvements and changes, I was granted a 50c per hour pay rise.

    Horrible management and little to no care about individuals, only profit and image. Same goes for patent company Widex Australia
