    Awesome place to work overall, management could be a bit better and so could the pay.
    The good thingsThe people you work with are like family. Work will be a lot of fun as a river guide. Being part of a highly functioning team is rewarding.
    The challengesChaotic division of labour amongst management lead to chaos in rosters. Drivers are overworked with no care for fatigue management. Pay could be better.
