Caraniche has been delivering innovative psychological and behavioural health services for over 30 years. We partner with government departments, community agencies and private organisations across the country to deliver positive client and customer outcomes. Very supportive work environment with managers who care about staff
The good thingsVery supportive team, challenging but rewarding work. Management are very flexible and supportive of staff needs. In my early career I have found it helpful to be surrounded by very experienced clinicians who work with empathy and professionalism, and are always willing to support one another. There is also a very strong focus on supervision, professional development, and investment is staff wellbeing.
The challengesThe work is a niche intersection between forensic and AOD which I personally enjoy, but others may find challenging.
