Colleagues outside my team are great. Most people pretty unhappy with career development and upper management
The good thingsFlexibility and pay. Able to work from home when necessary. Pay is good for academic staff. Support staff are great
The challengesAbsolutely terrible management. Mine was an absolute joke. No personal development or leadership. Career development was non existent. Executive level management are sheep and follow a leader. Say they’ll change things but never do.
