A place to gain some experience, or finish your career. Not for the energetic, thoughtful, or aspirational.
The good thingsThe people at the 'coal face' are mostly good people who have an interest with serving the community to the best of their ability.
The challengesManagement is stagnant and performs at a low standard. It's all about perception over integrity.

Would never recommended working here to anyone. I feel sorry for the people that are “stuck” there due to financial commitments. Honestly leaving is the only option, they don’t change for anyone. Will just keep cycling through new staff.
The good things6 weeks annual leave, and the friends you make along the way are about the only perks you will see.
The challengesManagement and executive level support is the worst I have ever seen. They have no communication skills whatsoever, expect workers to do extra load for no extra pay. They also award jobs based on 0 experience or knowledge. I could go on about how horrible this work environment is.

The position provided financial stability, yet lacked job fulfillment due to management's resistance to change. They prefer employees to stay silent and may unjustly portray them as ineffective when it is convenient for them to avoid making necessary changes. Everyone complains about everything, but do not want to make changes for themselves, even if it means resigning, I guess that’s why they call it the ‘golden handcuffs’.
The good thingsSalary and work life balance.
The challengesManagement is inept; they possess the right language skills and textbook knowledge but lack a proactive and innovative mindset to support their team. While they preach values, they only apply them selectively. It is advisable to join your Union for added protection.
