The good thingsThis is a great place to work, many of the other reviews here are not accurate and just seem to be disgruntled past employees. The organisation has been improving substantially over the past few years and is very well focused on its efficient provision of services to the community.

The challengesResourcing / staff levels for the amount of work are on the lean side. This means there is heaps of work for each staff member and getting everything done is nearly impossible.
